Throughout this mentoring, we will work together to create a marketing strategy that suits your business, aligning your personal purpose with your brand positioning, creating a SWOT and CANVAS for your business and developing a solid marketing plan, so you know exactly how to grow your brand in the long run.
You will receive our advice and guidance and relevant tools, ideas and recommendations to position your brand in the market.

How does it work?

As soon as the first session is booked (once payment is made), please complete a questionnaire at least 3 business days before your call.
Prior to the session, your mentor will prepare and analyze your case to make the most of the mentoring session.

During the first session, we will coordinate the dates of the remaining sessions. The estimated duration of the program is 3 months.

Discover the content of each session
60 minutes:

General organization of the programme in relation to the challenges identified, to achieve the covering of the key aspects of the brand. Analysis of inspiration cases. Sending of templates and reading material: The Curious Beetle´s eBooks, practical guides, templates.

60 minutes:

Revision of the tasks from the previous session.

SWOT analysis: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to achieve a holistic understanding of the business. CANVAS model of the business: Analysis of the business opportunity and trends of the industry and/or consumer habits. Definition of the business’ goals. Positive Impact Model. Marketing Mix Summary: Products/Services, Sales Channels, Communication, Commercial Strategy. Target Audience definition. Benchmarking of brands and competitors. Alliances and collaborations. Primary risks analysis and how to approach them. Prioritization of key milestones.

60 minutes:

Revision of tasks from the previous session.
Brand positioning: brand’s purpose and positive impact.
Target identification.
Consumer’s Empathy Map to deepen the knowledge of the target.
Brand’s values and beliefs definition

Brand’s personality. Functional, emotional and symbolic benefits and reasons for the client to believe in them. Competitive advantage.

60 minutes:

Revision of tasks from the previous session.

Organization of the portfolio strategy for years 1, 2 and 3, in relation to the business goals. Roles and key targets of each product/service. Definition of prices and online/offline sales channels.

60 minutes:

Revision of tasks from the previous session.

Communication strategy: name of the brand. Logo and brand image, key aspects to create the visual identity. Colour palette, typographies, icons. Photos and videos for social media and websites. Storytelling of the brand.

60 minutes:

Revision of tasks from the previous session.

Communication strategy: Creation of the content strategy for Instagram. Content pillars of the brand, content ideas, planning and post scheduling.

60 minutes:

Revision of tasks from the previous session.
Development of a website, aligned to the positioning and portfolio of the brand. Map of the site (key sections), blog, email marketing, basic knowledge about SEO for text creation on the website. Other communication actions. Press and key alliances (ambassadors, influencers, co-branding, etc.)

What are the benefits of having a mentor?
A mentor can guide you in the decision-making process for your business, help you become more efficient, optimise your resources and help you become more confident in running your business.
How should I prepare for my mentoring session?
Once a payment is made, the system automatically sends you a questionnaire to understand your business, challenges and expectations. We need your answers at least 3 business days before the video call, so we can prepare the session. At the time of purchase, you will receive an email with the video call link.
What video calling platform do you use?
We use Google Meet. However we can also use Zoom, Skype, Teams etc.
What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with PayPal or as a “Paypal guest to pay with credit cards”. You can pay by bank transfer. Please contact us via email at hello@thecuriousbeetle.com and ask for our bank details (our legal and administrative base is the United Kingdom).

Can you issue an invoice for the purchase of a mentoring session?
Yes. To request the invoice, send an email to hello@thecuriousbeetle.com with your purchase information and the key data to include on your invoice.
